Flex/Flash and wmode= opaque

Be careful if you decide to use the opaque mode for your Flash/Flex web application.
You will probably want to do that if you need to have you html components overlay you flash/flex application (javascript menu, or autocomplete textbox, iframes, etc…)
Doing so, i ran into many troubles :I embedded some SWF in my application and they start behave weird (loosing focus while using them, not accepting mouse wheel events, freezing, etc…), the Mouse Wheel wouldn’t work on Firefox so no way to scroll the page if the mouse if over the flash/flex application, etc…

For sure, for each of those problem, after spending some time I managed to find some solutions on internet (which were mostly javascript based).
After experiencing that mode for a few weeks, I just decided to switched to the normal mode, and change my application requirements so I won’t need it ! Makes like simpler …
